I love real estate and everythig that goes along with it – home staging, home decor, DIY home projects, pretty well anything to do with ‘home’. My decision to become a real estate agent came from my life-long love of houses, home decor, real estate investing and equity building. I’ve called Okotoks my home for 14 years now and never grow tired of this wonderful community. It offers so much and my family and I are quite happy here. As an Accredited Home Staging Professional, I like to go through each home I list and help the Sellers stage it to showcase the home’s best features. Home Staging doesn’t have to be expensive; in fact I believe the best way to stage a home is to use items and furniture you already have – just in a different way. Moving is expensive; staging shouldn’t be. Through my Video Blog, I educate people with fun and effective ways they can buy, sell or simply love their homes. Coined Tidbit Tuesday, these short video’s are all about everything I love – home decor, DIY home projects, home organization, home staging, real estate and healthy home living. As a full-time agent, I get asked many questions from people, so I know what people want to learn. I have a fantastic clientelle; many of whom I am very good friends with long after the real estate transaction. My clients can attest to my enthusiastic approach in guiding them through the real estate transaction, always making them feel at ease. I believe that real estate is a people business and focus on forming and maintaining lasting relationships with all my clients.
